Low Carb Creamy Hot Chocolate
Just like all of you, I have a special place in my heart for my grandma. My grandma is the sweetest woman I know. She has always been there, capturing moments throughout our lives with her little handheld camera that she never left home without. I never really appreciated her love for taking pictures until now. Without her photos to reminisce on, I don’t know that we’d truly remember all of the things we did growing up.
We went to so many different events together as a family; especially when it was the holiday season. These were some of the best times of my childhood because they were the times that our family would all come together and just enjoy each other’s company. Out of all the events we attended, parades were my favorite. My grandma would always bring the most delicious hot chocolate, without fail! We’d get to our seats and she’d pull out her huge Stanley thermos full of that creamy, chocolaty goodness. Now that I’m grown and have my own children, I do my best to carry on that tradition. This will be the first year that I’ll be watching my carbs and sugars, so it was very important to me that I make sure I have an option available to us this upcoming season.
